What is PhotoFlow?
PhotoFlow is software for wedding and event photo studios in Vietnam. It culls the RAW files from a shoot with AI, shares the cleaned set with the client to pick from, runs the revision rounds and delivers the finals. The album moves through 11 states across 4 phases — Capture, Client selection, Retouch cycle, Delivery — so the whole team can see who owns the job.

How is it different from Aftershoot or a gallery tool?
Aftershoot is a culling and editing tool; PhotoFlow culls locally and then carries the job on through client selection, revision rounds and delivery. Gallery-only tools start after the cull, whereas PhotoFlow runs the AI RAW cull before the client link is sent, so the client sees a cleaned set. Interface and support are in Vietnamese.

Does the RAW footage leave the studio?
No. PhotoQA analyses the folder you just offloaded from the card, on the studio's own machine — there is no upload first, and the RAW files stay where they are. Only the cull results sync back into PhotoFlow, and the delivered finals sit in the studio's own Google Drive with the originals kept by the studio. Photos are not used to train models by default, contributing is opt-in and reversible, and face recognition is off by default and opt-in per album.
