Why client feedback does not belong in a chat thread
1 min read
Most studios lose more hours to coordination than to retouching. Revision requests arrive over Zalo, email and Messenger, and none of them are attached to the photo they describe.
Comments belong on the frame
In PhotoFlow a client opens a share link and comments directly on individual photos. The request and its subject stay together, so nobody has to work out which shot the third one, brighter referred to.
Revisions are a state, not a memory
Feedback moves an album into a revision state and back again when it is confirmed. The loop is explicit and visible, so a request cannot quietly go unanswered.
Your client does not need an account
The share link works without a login and without installing anything. Fewer steps between sending the gallery and getting a decision.
